Bueana Vista Scooter Rental

Hello all! I just wanted to post a brief report on my experience with Bueana Vista Scooter Rental during our January trip. My dad broke his hip last year, so I worried he wouldn't be able to walk during our Disney trip. I went online to BVS's website and ordered a wheelchair to be delivered to our resort. The wheelchair was waiting at Bell Services when we checked in at AKL; it was clean and looked almost new. My dad, however, decided he didn't want to use it, and after letting it sit around for a couple of days, I finally decided to return it. I wasn't expecting to get a refund, but I was pleasantly suprised that I was refunded the money for the remainder of the trip! I called and spoke with a very nice gentleman who processed the refund and told me I simply had to return the chair to bell services.

So, while we didn't actually use the chair, our experience with Bueana Vista Scooters was excellent! Just wanted others to know!
