A good friend of mine is getting married in June. We (all his friends & his side of the family) are on the west coast, but his fiancée is from the east coast, so the wedding is back east. He announced" the date of the wedding on Facebook last fall (yes, Facebook) and a couple of weeks ago he sent a note asking for email & mailing addresses so they could finally get the ball rolling on invites & e-vites, though neither have gone out yet.
I'm a college student (graduating in May!!), and if airfare keeps going up the way it is I won't be able fit the trip in my already crazy-tight budget. My flights are on sale right now - like, $200 off! We've been waiting and waiting but so far all we have is a date and a city - nothing on accommodations, time, etc. I know he's busy (wedding planning, last semester of college, senior thesis film - busy!), so I feel like it's rude to bother him about it... but do I ask for more info? Or do I just wait and risk not going?
