Budget Trip Please help!!

We are planning a trip to wdw in July or Aug. I have convinced my dad who is very frugal to go with us.
Now what I need to know is this. What is the cheapest rate you have ever gotten at the all stars for one of these resorts.
Is July and August the same rates.
This is a budget trip. All info will help. Thanks!

The best rate that I had was actually using the "cash & point" offer to stay at Swan. They had this offer in this summer and all the way through 11/30. You pay $60 plus 4,000 SPG pts for each night. Just apply for a Starwood Amex card and follow suggestions on the Starwood/SPG thread on this board. I think it is a much better deal than All Star. Good luck!!
