Hey folks :flower3:

I'm trying to plan a trip for my cousins birthday present (secretly its for me because I need my Disney fix!)

I've found cheap flights. €65 each return to Beauvais with Ryanair :scared: I only fly Ryanair if they are majorly cheap.

Accommodation wise I can get the Ibis in Val d'Europe for €55 a night.

In respect of tickets I get 5 tickets for €21 this summer with my AP so I should use them.

The total is working out at €460.

Has anyone flown into Beauvais late at night? RS transports do transfers but do they do them at 22:30? :confused3

I need to book flights tonight if I'm going!

Change of plan. I booked the early morning flight!

So my next question is has anyone stayed at IBIS in Val dEurope. I dont have to book that until Friday and am open to other suggestions. The cost is €220 for four nights

Hey Laura - the ibis is pretty decent, I've done it myself. Another option might be the Adagio in Val d'Europe as it is usually pretty cheap too, but if it is two of you then Ibis might work out cheapest. I think there is a bus from Beauvais now but I think you are limited time wise and I'm not sure how much it is - best to check on the website. Great flight price - about 7 years ago I managed to get flights for 25 euros return with them :cool1: and 4 of us stayed during January at the Santa Fe - it was cheap but if I had looked at offsite it would have been pennies! Enjoy your Disney fix :goodvibes

Sorry Laura I noticed you were specially asking for details about Ibis - it is fine, the rooms aren't the biggest, but the beds are fine for two and very comfortable. There is only a small shower room so not ideal if you are a bath girl like me! Super handy for the train station - if you get the times right you can go from your hotel room to the TGV station at Disney in like 7 minutes :) I'd stay again, the service is always good too.

Thanks Wendybird7. :thumbsup2

I know I can read reviews on tripadvisor but its more reassuring reading views from fellow disers. I think for €220 I will go for the ibis. I did look up adagio but its working out at €600.

I've stayed in the Ibis at Val d'Europe twice now.

I found the rooms very modern, clean and comfortable, with decent wifi. Think it was a queen bed both times. Check in was open 24 hours/day, which was great for me as that meant I could go straight to the parks and spend the rest of the day there, then check in late at night. The Ibis is right next to one of the exits from the Val d'Europe RER station too so extremely convenient location. I agree that the bathroom is tiny, but was adequate enough for me (and the water power in the showers is really good).

I think I actually preferred the Ibis to Hotel Cheyenne for my March trip earlier this year (stayed in the Ibis one night and Cheyenne the next)...

Also last note about the Ibis (and in fact a lot of hotels) - if you have a look at cashback websites you could save a bit more off the cost of the hotel. I think when I booked for my stay in March I got around 10% cashback...

The Ibis is absolutely fine. Ibis or Ibis Budget are my usual places to crash. If you time it right with RER you'll be in bed even faster than if you are staying at Cheyenne or Santa Fe. ;)

The rooms are clean, staff is nice and there's always someone on duty who speaks English.

I'd have a look at trivago, hotelscombined and the hotel's own site for deals / best rates. It would be rude not to go when its so cheap :goodvibes
RS Transport were cheapest from BVA to DLP when we've went that way. Its about 1hr 30 of a spin (once we pass by CDG we know we are just there)

Thanks for all the replies. I get 50% discount if I book with Accor by tomorrow. So I think it's Ibis for me for the first time! First budget trip for me since 2006
