I was just on another thread and mentioned two $10 or under stores: one in Epcot and one in DTD.

Are there any more?

Any other on site tips for souvenirs kids can afford? (and parents and grandparents too?)

I would recommend (if you have a car) going outside the gates to a CVS,Walgreens, etc. We went to one on our last night there and the stuff there is SOOOO much cheaper. We got pencils for everyone in my daughter's class for like $4 (24 pencils). We got coffee mugs for like $2.50, vs $10 in DW. We were able to get a lot of items very cheaply.

BTW, I also picked up a few items beforehand at the Disney store locally that were on sale. My nephew never knew his tshirt was only $4 at our local store, vs $14.99 in the World.

Plus they have stuff that you can get all over WDW for under $10 . Now they do have a small sale section but thats it. The rest is just stuff that can be had at any other location.

Best thing is a pin or two .

My sons and I love the small store on the Streets of America in MGM. Most of their stuff is small, trinket-like and under $10. Some of it is older stuff, but it's a place I let my kids take their money to spend. They both got small stuffed animals (Minnie in beach attire, Goofy in Christmas lights, Pooh in pirate gear) for $8, plus there are pens, lights, magnets, etc. It has a catchy, clever name, but I can't think of it right now.

Pens and pencils are some of my favorite souvenirs. They get used daily and always make me smile. I bought myself a nice small crystal keychain, it's sortof a cube with a lazer Mickey inside. I think it was $8 and I love it. There were other characters available. DS6 had to have a Stitch backpack just like his cousin's. (The whole backpack is Stitch, there are other characters available. I think it was $17 and he loves to load it up with toys, his new camera, etc. and carry it wherever we go. He's constantly asking if he can bring Stitch. I thought it might wear off after we got home from the cruise (wore Stitch every day and even carried his brother's diaper & wipes in it for me) but nope. Money well spent and people always comment on it too! Oh - the hologram cups. They are $7.50 or $8.50 and I don't put them in the dishwasher but we pick them up to add to our collection. We have a Castaway Cay from the cruise, Nemo from Epcot, a nighttime fireworks by the castle (aka Boom Boom), etc. It makes our mealtime magical. I got a Mickey bottle opener, I think that was around $8. I try to pick up useful items rather than something that is just going to sit around.
