Budget rental car locations in WDW?

Hi - I am trying to reserve a rental car from Budget for my trip next May. I'd like to pick it up during my stay at the Bay Lake Towers and will drop it off at Cape Canaveral.

Here is my issue: Which location should I rent it from? I read on another thread that a Doubletree hotel has a budget rental counter, but I do not know where it is (when I map it, there are many). Is it near the BLT? Or, is there another office that is more convenient? I will need to use WDW transportation if I can or a cab. Or - I have heard that some will come pick you up -- so if anyone has experience with that, I'd like advice about whether that works well.

I am new at this -- so please provide any helpful details (such as an address or code for a location) that you can. Thanks in advance!

The Doubletree Hotel should be the one at Downtown Disney (Hotel Plaza Blvd). It is location "M03" on Budget's site.

You can either take a cab to the Doubletree, or take the DTD bus and then walk to the Doubletree. If you call the Budget desk at the Doubletree, they may be able to send a car for you to bring you to the Doubletree to get your car.

We used that Budget location and were really happy with it. An easy walk from Downtown Disney. They do have a shuttle but I think it ends at 2pm.
