We made a trip this weekend to the Philadelphia Premium Outlets (actually located in the Limerick, PA area). These are a chain with locations various places. It was a nice afternoon of shopping. We stopped at the foodcourt for dinner before departing.
On a whim my dh asked at the info desk if they offered a AAA discount, and boy were we glad he did! The gal gave him a VIP booklet with a ton of discounts (most good on top of the various outlet discounts in place!).
After our meal we went back to each of the places we had shopped at and we saved an additional $60! Many of the stores offered $10 off a $50 purchase and some (like the gymboree outlet - 15% wooohoooo! ) offered a flat percentage.
So if you are out holiday shopping and you are a AAA member, do not forget to ask about discounts.
