Budget Minivan Good Rate?

I have a pay now rate at Budget of $347.55 before taxes and fees ($449 after), for a 9 day rental of a minivan. Is this a good rate, and is it likely to go down? this is from my hometown airport location. July 26-Aug 4 are the dates

certainly beats the $989 + taxes and fees they wanted to charge me for the same 9 days (mid August though).
