Budget friendly hotels with transportation?

We are planning to visit Orlando in mid-November. We are going to Epcot, Islands of Adventure, Sea World and Discovery Cove. Since most of our destinations are in the Universal area, we are thinking we should stay there, but I think we would be open to staying in the Disney area. Can anyone suggest hotels that are less than $100/night and provide transportation to/from Disney, Universal AND the airport please? THANKS!
