I know this all depends on where we eat and what we eat but we're wanting to get an idea of what we can expect to spend now so we can save up. It will be me, DH, DS (7) and DD (5) going on a 7 day trip. We plan on eating all of our meals in the parks. Breakfast - counter service with a couple of sit down meals. Lunch - snack Dinner - sit down meal. One caveat is that we plan on trying to get the latest lunch sitting so we can get dinner at the lunch prices. And we do not plan on doing any character dining. What do you think we can expect? I was thinking $150/day. Is that reasonable?

When my kids were your kids ages that's about what we would spend a day.

Very doable.

So this is how my family and I eat. It's me, dh, ds#1 (now 20) and ds#2 (18).

We have a villa so its very easy for us to have a good breakfast. We love, love, love having what we call an early dinner/late lunch for many reasons. 1) We're not locked into trying to pick adr's 180 days out since early dinner is usually always available. LOL. we call them senior citizen hours 3-4 pm. 2) Since we have an early dinner we generally don't get dessert, so usually about 7 we are ready for some really ooey gooey desserts at main street bakery.

I agree, $150 is doable. We always shared when the kids were little. My DS and I still share. Have a great trip!
