Budget Fastbreak?

I booked Budget through Costco. After hearing about the long lines, I was curious about Fastbreak, which I have never used before. When I log directly into the Budget site, it does list my Fastbreak ID number. Does that mean I am eligible to use it when we pick up our rental??

Yes, there is a fast break counter at the garage. However, when we arrived last Sunday we had about a hour wait there also. No cars available and they were running around trying to find cars. Good luck,
