Budget Fastbreak/Add'l driver??

We were able to enroll in Fastbreak for our trip back in 2004, and I can't remember if Additional Drivers are included on any Fastbreak reservations...??

We're getting the best rates through Budget for our Christmas trip...but I'm wondering if that's because we don't have add'l driver charges...
December18-Jan6 Minivan = $988.78 taxes in

Any thoughts?
Nothing is printed on our confirmation about drivers being included...

I just tried booking a reservation with Budget using my RapidRez number and the costco discont code. It did not say anything about an extra driver at no additional charge.

However, I recently booked a rental through Budget at Buffalo Airport and when we picked up the rental they told me family members living in the same household were allowed to drive the rental without incurring an extra charge.

Why can't additional drivers be in the FAQ's ??
