Budget Eye de-puffer Recommendations

Looking for any favorite eye gels/creams that help with de-puffing and tired eyes?
I really like Clinque ones but that's not always practical. I have tried Mary Kay but it always ran into my eyes.
Anyone have any eye products they love for a good price?

All kidding aside, I like the Garnier rollers a lot. They are usually reasonably priced. Not sure how well they really work, but they do feel great going on.

Yeah, I've heard a spoon in the freezer overnight works good. Drink a glass of water before bed, too. I just read that it's actually the weight of your organs settling due to gravity from laying down that makes you get up to pee in the middle of the night. Any cold medicine or caffeine will take water out of your system and create dark circles under your eyes, so the solution is water. That's my 2¢.

You can spend all the money on eye creams you want, but staying hydrated is the best way to keep your eyes from getting puffy. Failing that, DisneyBill is right - Preperation H, but only in an emergency. You do not want to use it often, because in the long run it can cause more problems than it solves.

Used, cooled down tea bags. It helps if you elevate your feet too.
