The thing I love about Leslie Sansones DVD's is the variety. I have several of them, ranging from 1 to 5 miles, and varying intensity so I can mix and match with what I need at the time. I use those some days, and the elliptical on others and it's a great combo. Even Leslies more intense DVDs are still incredibly easy to follow, even when she has me sweating up a storm!
