Does the Budget car rental place near Downtown Disney offer to drop you off at your hotel or a park when you return a car rental? Just trying to figure out how to get back to the parks. Thanks!

To the best of my knowledge, no, they do not supply return transportation.
I am thinking a cab would be your best bet.
Of course, if you call Budget, they can answer this for you.

no, but they did drop us off at the end of the their street ( from the hotel budget is located in) and was a quick walk to DTD bus to transfer there.
