Budget car rental anyone?

Just checkin out rental car options and wondering if anyone has rented with budget before and if so how was it? What locations can u pick up your car being as we will be staying at ssr before renting a car.

Not sure about alternate locations as we've always rented at MCO. It's nice that they offer spouses to be addl. drivers with no charge. I think all others charge for that.
