Is there a place on Disney property to drop off a car rented from Budget?

Doubletree Hotel on Hotel Plaza Blvd (just outside of DD) has a Budget rental office. They also have pick-up/drop-off service, according to the Budget website.

It's for my sister who is staying at Saratoga Springs. Does this mean they will drop her off at Saratoga Springs? Where is the Doubletree in relation to Saratoga Springs? Or what is it closest to in Downtown Disney?

Hotel Plaza Blvd is the road that intersects Lake Buena Vista Blvd in front of Disney Marketplace. Many folks who stay off-site actually walk to Downtown Disney from the hotels on Hotel Plaza Blvd.
Regarding your Budget rental, your sister will need to select the Budget at Doubletree as her drop-off when she makes the reservation. The site says it offers pickup service, but you need to schedule it. Here is the number for the Budget at Doubletree: 407-827-6089. Why not give them a call.

Thanks for your help. We stay at Saratoga Springs quite often, but never look across the street. So, I wasn't how close exactly the hotel is to SSR. I will have her give them a call.
