Budget all-inclusive resort that is TODDLER FRIENDLY?

Hello, fellow budget boarders. :) I'm starting to get vacation-itis, so I'd like to plan something for next winter. (We always vacation in the winter, because DH's work is slower then.) DD will be about 2 1/2 years old then, so we're thinking about going to an all-inclusive resort that is toddler friendly....meaning that they accept 2 year olds in their kid's club. (It seems like most start at 3 or 4 years old.)

Any suggestions for me please? After searching online for an hour or so, I've only found the Crown Paradise Club in Cancun. Surely there must be other all-inclusives that will take a 2 year old at their kid's club.

I know that a lot of places offer babysitting, but I really don't want to pay $10-$15 an hour for that. She is used to going to daycare, so I'm thinking that a kid's club would be a fun way for her to spend a few hours a day playing, while DH and I are getting some much needed relaxation time.

We live on the East Coast, so I'm guessing that Cancun, Dominican Republic, etc will be cheapest for airfare. We've never been to an all-inclusive, since we normally either take cruises, go to WDW, etc. Thanks for any suggestions. :)

Also, is there a message board for all-inclusives that is similar to the DIS?

edited to add: A calm ocean would be fantastic too. :)

i dont have a 2 year old but im stalking this for all inclusive options since we too want to do something like this next winter

Beaches is one of the only resorts I can think of that caters to families with young children.

If you can be flexible with your dates they do run specials, sometimes as much as 40% off.

Check out GoClassy dot com. The Franklin D. Resort has vacation nannys for your children. GC lists pretty much all the resorts you might be interested in.

When DD was 2 1/2 and DS was 4 we were looking into the same thing. I priced out several all-inclusives that had a Toddler Club as well as a Kid Club. After we looked at airfare, the all-inclusive, etc, I then priced out a Disney trip (they were offering Free Dining at the time). The Disney vacation allowed us to vacation for 3 extra days over the Mexico all-inclusive.
Hope this helps. :wizard:
