My DD is turning 11, and wants to have a 70s party 
. She is dressing up in a 70s costume for Halloween, and wants to use it for her b-day party too. She also loves to dance. We are planning to have the party at our church community center, and I am hoping we will be able to have a bonfire outside. The only plans so far are for music and dancing....and MAYBE tie-dyeing. Any ideas at all would be appreciated- we are on a very tight budget for decorations/ activities/ food and drink. Thanks!!
