The Royal Pacific is a beautiful hotel - just ask for rooms ABOVE the lobby. We didn't on one trip and ended up on the second floor which is below and it was like living in the jungle - we had to have the light on all day.

There are lots of fun rides at US! I guess the ones you would NOT like are Rip Ride Rock It and the Mummy!

Aslong as we are on the same floor I will be happy !! I think there are a few more I will not like !!I am really iffy about FJ!!!

All caught up Rosie and the Cape Cod trip looked like a blast.

I will be in WDW Oct 14- 20 so I need to make sure we run into each other.

Yes we must Pat, we are leaving on the 16th sooooo does give us a little time to plan a meet. I already know 2 of the 8 vacationers , one has been with us twice before and one I know from the agencies I work for , she is a talker sooo guess who gets to room with her !!!

Not being to familiar with what rides look like I am attempting to have a game plan with pix
After our lunch at Pastamore Market, we will head to Universal Studios for the afternoon
According to my sketch if I head to the left I will enter Production Central whereRip Rocket is and I am hoping this is a pix

Anywho I will NOT be riding it , but I am sure Carol will Along with the brave souls , I will dutifully stay behind with the chickens

I also will not ride this

I will do this (unless someone tells me I won't like it)

Now if my sketch ( an artiste I am not ) We will the enter New York, Hey didn't we leave there this morning

Listed here but I could not find any pix are Twister , which is a YES and the MUMMY which isNO!!! Also the Blues Bros
Now if we arrive by 2pm and I plan for supper around 6:30p as park closes at 7p and I figure we will beat the rush of exiting folks to get to City Walk , so what do you Darsiders think will those 2 sections along with shopping take that long or less , you tell me

I don't know about the crowds at the time of year you are travelling, but RRRI had LOOOONG queues and so had Shrek (which you will like, if you like Philharmagic). Twister is nice and it only involves standing (and seeing cows fly), Mummy usually has a line, but there is a Starbucks nearby so you could have coffee in the meantime.
Timewise, if it is a slow time you will be able to pack some more rides in - what about ET? You do ride bikes don't you? There is also an animal show which is quite nice. And I am sure you all can do The Simpsons ride and Men in Black. All lots of fun.

Yes I will like the Animal Show and any 3D/4D shows , I really need a book on Universal like the Passporter or UG so I have a better handle on the layout

Well I had to adjust Day 2 game plan slighly when from reading on these boards I realized that supper at Mythos would not be possible as they close for ressies2 hours earlier than the park closes soooo I will make it lunch and have supper at Pastamore Market BK or Moes . Now given those 3 choices I am pretty sure BK will win!!!

That's Plymouth Rock?!?!? Oh my for dog watch! My niece is afraid of dogs and most animals too so a walk around their neighborhood is trying to say the least. Love all of the photos and updates. What a sweet good Samaritan to pay your bill! I haven't been to Niagara Falls in years but would like to take DD some day.

We really enjoyed Royal Pacific Hotel and Mythos. I also recommend the Animal Show and Men in Black at universal as well. Happy planning!

While eating lunch this peacock wondered over and treated us to a full display of his feathers , it was the hgighlight of our day!! Look at the smile on Samantha's face !!!

Peacocks are cool, but they can be loud. One took up residence in an area not too far from us, he just kind of roams around several houses, and he calls all the time, looking for a mate I suppose.

I am waiting for my books to arrive before I continue with the Universal Planning and I am gonna put to gether a "Find the Hidden Mickeys" Game for each Park for the guys , I think it will be fun !! Has any one eaten at the RainForest Cafe at AK and had the Nachos , I wondered how big they were as I am thinking for our AK day when we do breakfast at Tusker House of doing and oop snck/lunch at RFC as one of the guys has asked to go there , I thought a couple of nachos and some wings to share ???
