BS Transports ok, or?

Hi,

we would like to have a calm and easy vacation on DLP. For us that for exemple means no waiting for at public shuttle at the airport. We will arrive to CDG and I have only seen options for public transportation and taxi. Since we are six persons we will not be able to go all in one taxi, which we want to. Do anyone have any experience of BS Transports. I have seen them on the internet and it looks ok. But sometimes there are quite a difference between a website and the reality. Please, give me some information.

Hi...we used them in Dec. 2006 befor they changed their name and they were great. They even phoned me o my cell to advise me that the driver would arrive 5 min late...the plane was supposed to land in terminal X..and instead it was changed to terminal XX, and the driver would have arrived 5 min later...had to get the car and park it again. On the way back they were waiting at out hotel 15 min before the pick up time.

We had no problem and would use them again without any hesitation.

We have used them 3 times and ha no problems. They were there to meet us at arrivals and help with luggage. The kids were supplied with booster seats and were very quick and efficient.

I can also recommend them. Used them last March (before their name change) and have them booked for a couple of weeks time also. Efficient service, really added to the ease and enjoyment of the holiday

I will be using them tomorrow (yes tomorrow yipeeee). They sent confirmation email to me and also telephoned me home phone to confirm my booking. Imagine my surprise when sitting at home at 10 pm booking on the internet and the next thing a man with a french accent on the telephone (it was lovely actually!)

I shall let you know what I thought of them. I will be back on the 7th March.

They gave me a good price, a cheaper price than that was quoted on the internet. I am paying 85 euros one way and 75 euros for the return journey for 5 people. 160 euros. I was quoted 200 euros with another firm.

I would say that my experience was acceptable but not stellar. Driver was late (understandable as it was a storm but not fun standing outside at 5am waiting!), he did not help to load or unload my luggage, and even though I addressed him in my very good French he didn't utter a word other than a few mumbles or grunts (I assume that maybe HE didn't speak much French)

They got me there in time for my flight, but that's about the only credit I will give them. In future I will stick to the train if schedule permits.
