BRV 1BR Missing One Night for Sept 2025 — What Are My Odds?

Hi everyone! I’ll be at WDW from 9/27–10/3 and managed to book 5 nights in a 1-Bedroom at Boulder Ridge from 9/28–10/3. Unfortunately, 9/27 (Saturday) wasn’t available when I booked. I’ve set up a waitlist and plan to check a few times a day. Any idea what my odds are of snagging that night? If the odds are not great, how inconvinient is it to do split stays with a toddler?

Check it CONSTANTLY. Over & over. All hours of the day/night. Check on phone. Check on Ipad, check on PC. Don't rely on Wait List. I have gotten so many needed nights (especially mid reserveration) by looking (and getting) myself.

Do not give up. Your odds are even better with 1 bedrooms than studios.

Or, you could pay cash for one night (if available through Disney) and let Disney/DVC know so they can try and keep you in the same 1BR. And tell the FD when you arrive if you do book a cash room. If it is room only, you have up until 8 days out to cancel, so if your waitlist comes through, you can cancel.

Check in the middle of the night. I've often found villas at that time. About the time you are giving up, you may find your villa. Good luck!
