Brunch or early lunch Celebration or nearby?

i'm looking for brunch or early lunch suggestions for the Celebration area. We're doing a noontime Segway tour in Celebration, so it can be in town, or nearby. We're coming from Sea World area.

Love the Tavern - its just down the street from where the Segway tour leaves too. Although I would be more tempted to have a light snack before the tour and do a larger meal afterwards.

I second the Celebration Town Tavern. Great fresh food and good prices. Chowder to die for!

What time does the Tavern open? I'm concerned that we wouldn't have time to eat and not be rushed before our tour time. After our tour we are heading to WDW.
