brunch ideas needed!

We're having a brunch before our son's 1st Communion. There will be between 15-20 people here. I have the recipes/ideas for the following but need more ideas please!!
Overnight french toast
Egg bake casserole
Assorted rolls/muffins/bagels
Mixed fruit, cut up
coffee, tea, juices

What else?

I would add is maybe a spiral cut ham that you could do in the crock pot...That way all your prep could be done the nite before. Could you share the recipe for overnite french toast...sounds yummy! MaryAunt
