Brunch at the Attic

For those who had a brunch menu at the Attic, did you have a crepe or egg cookery station? Are these allowed at the Attic? Did you require the services of a bar tender to serve your toasting champagne or is this just done by the general waiting staff?
I am planning a brunch after an Escape ceremony. Am I right in thinking that I can have my cake set up at the brunch and skip the cake cutting etc which follows an Escape ceremony? I there an extra charge for this?
Did you have set places at the little tables or let people sit where they wanted?
Do you think that a party of 11 would be too small for the Attic?

Yes, action stations are available at the Attic. We had a made-to-order waffle station at our anniversary party.

It's done by the wait staff.

We let people sit where they wanted. I think with only 11 people it might be a little unusual to tell them where to sit.

No. It's quite cozy!
