Hi All! Trying To Do A Ressie Online For Brunch At Palos. Online Doesn't Let Me In.......i Called And Spoke To Dcl Cm And She Said There Is Only A Certain Amount Of Ressies Allowed Online To Book. I Will Be Sailind End Of Sept And She Said When I Get On The Ship To Go First To Book Brunch At Palos. Now I Feel Like I May Not Get It.has Anyone Experienced This Online But Finally Was Able To Get It Once On Board?

They do not put all the ressies on line. First, the concierge holds some. If the concierge level guests do not use them all, they become available to the rest of us. Secondly, they hold back some for people who didn't know about on line ressies or couldn't get them or whatever.

When you board, go to the place indicated for Palo Ressies. This will be noted on the information sheet you get when you check in. They can probably give you a ressie right then. If not, they will place you on a waiting list and will call you if one opens (people do cancel ressies). If that still doesn't work, call them every day and ask--it is totally possible that you will get in.
