bruised by the lock off door at VWL

Wow, the springs on the lockoff doors can be snappy. I was opening the door , I think I was trying to get a char to hold it open and got snapped by the door. A few days latter I noticed a bruise on my leg. I never complained but will in hopes it is fixed before a child gets hurt.

Anyone have a similar problem with the lockof doors?

I have never had an "injury" b/c of a lock-off door, but do find them a bit heavy to hold open. Wish that they gave us a way to safely hold them open so that we didn't have to use chairs to hold them. It would have to be easily operated by the guest ( so that it could be taken out at night and put back in the am. Do they already have this? I've never asked, come to think of it...
