I just looked at Disney dinning reservations site and it listed the price of meals at CP as $35.99-$59.99. I was trying to make a breakfast ressie. Is this correct? I can't beleive they would charge even $35.99 for breakfast! Please help so I know what I am getting into with my DD's who are both considered adults. TIA

It's not that much, not for breakfast. I think when we went last year it was $18.99 per person for breakfast for an adult.

Just checked prices on allears - CP breakfast for adults $22.99 kids $12.99 hope this helps.

We ate there a week and a half ago. $26.99 and well worth it.

Thanks for the replies. I have to say I think $26.99 still seems like a lot for breakfast. It's better than $36.99 however.::confused3

While it may be more than you thought you would be spending on breakfast ... you will get to see Pooh and all his friends ;) Also, if you make an ADR for before the park opens, you can be done and ready to hit the park when it opens.

I would pay $27 for some of that puffed French toast right now I think!! really, that was one of our favorite meals at Disney. I didn't love the lunch there though.

OMG thats what im talking about  That French toast is the best lol. Mmm making me hungry lol. Also the butter croissants they have are awesome too!

It is pricey but when you think about the food and the personal one on one with each character you get at your table it is very well worth it. When we went two weeks ago the place was only half full and so we had some of the characters come around to our table 2 to 3 times and to me that is worth paying for instead of standing in line just to take a picture with them out in the parks meet and greets.

Thank you, Hockeyman, for posting that photo; we're having LUNCH at Crystal Palace at the end of April and it's great to have an up-to-date price for my budget. :thumbsup2

No problemo :thumbsup2 I have never had lunch or dinner there so let me know how it is. I almost ate dinner there a few years ago but couldn't really justify paying that much for dinner.

We are on the dining plan so we don't see how expensive it is.. But, I would say its worth it.. Good food.. You can gorge yourself and then only eat 1 more meal for the day.. and then its great interaction with Winnie and friends.. You are more than likely paying for that more than the food..

Gotcha. I love buffets but i for one am guilty of over eating sometimes lol. When we had breakfast there i didnt over stuff my stuff to bad but also with all the walking around you do you burn if off a lot faster than normal. The one time i was going to do dinner there i was at a point in my life that i didnt have any kids so the Winnie the Pooh thing wasnt really a big deal for me. Now that i have a 7 month old daughter and another on the way its the greatest thing in the world seeing her expressions the first time she saw them :rotfl:.

Crystal palace is always worth it-especially for breakfast-yummy buffet and fun characters in a beautiful setting :-) we go every trip!!

If you can't overstuff yourself at Disney where can you? I am trying to take off 10lbs before I go.. Fully knowing that I will probably gain that while I am there.. Yes, once you have kids, Disney means a whole lot more.. Just wait until your kids are a little old. Our son was 2 the first time he went, and although he says he remembers, I am not quite sure he does.. But, this time he is 5 and I know for sure he will remember.. Just like his mom who remembers over 30 years ago feeling like I really had been transported to a different world.
The last time we went my niece and nephew were also with us and my niece was 5.. We got to Main St. Usa at night just as the parade was coming into the square and as the Float with Cinderella approached my niece exclaimed " Cinderella, its a miracle".. That made my whole trip, everything after that was a bonus..

Lol i did the same, lost some weight right before hand knowing i was going to gain it right back while we were up here. I didnt do to much damage while i was there so it worked out.

Our trip two weeks ago was my first with kids and although shes only 7 month she still had a blast and it was great seeing her react to all the characters and seeing her smile on the rides we took her on.

Thanks for the info on pricing. Now I know for budgeting. Just wondering if taxes are included for the buffet price and if drinks are also included?

Thanks:)

Ummm to tell you the truth I dont remember lol. Im sure tax was added but as far as the drinks im drawing a blank lol. I think the drinks were included but not 100% sure. I looked at my bank statement and the total with tip I spent $66 and some change for the two of us adults. I may still have the receipt at home somewhere I can check and see and get back to you later after i get off work. And yes im at work messing around on here hahaha lol.

We have always done lunch or dinner here and have always been pleased. This trip will be our first time trying out breakfast I am really looking forward to it from all of yummy praises I am seeing :goodvibes

I dont think you will be disappointed :thumbsup2

The one thing I was disappointed with was when I made the ADR in early January for my February breakfast at 8:05am the park wasnt scheduled to open until 9am but then sometime in between that time they changed the park opening to 8am so we didnt really get that alone in the park moment : ( They did let us in about 10 min before the general crowd so we had a few min of it but we had to rush about it. No a big deal by any means though, we still had a fantastic trip.
