Is the Brown Derby worth 2 sitdown dinners?

Check out the menu and you can easily decide. I would have to say no on the fact, the meals are not that expensive when you add up what 2 days of dinning plan TS cost but, if you would want a dessert, app and meal for each and every person and they bought the most expensive of each.....then it may be worth it. Narcoossee has a great atmosphere, food and view to go along with the 2 TS credits. For example the surf and turf is over $55+dessert+app......

Absolutely!!! But not for kids... I just shared with Max last time instead of spending 2 credits on a kids meal there. The food is amazing and the service is really outstanding. It is sooooo worth it.

This year I am going again, but I think I'm going solo, I'll probably take Max to Simba's Cubhouse that night. I don't want to have kid's TS extra, so I will pay OOP at HBD and I'll probably only get an entree. I don't love their desserts, and I can skip the appetizer too, even though the crab cakes are really good!

I dont think it was worth it at all. I enjoyed the food as did my two kids but it was absolutely no better than Kona and just as rushed as Le Cellier (where the food was very good).
I would sooner try some of the other 2 credit restaurants than Brown Derby. Next year while on the free ddp (I hope!}we will buy lunch there and have two 2 credit meals rather than waste one on Brown Derby. We like BD but not wnough to use our 2 credits on it.

It depends. I'm using 2TS for our Brown Derby Fantasmic! package for two reasons:

1. We have free dining.
2. I can't use my DDE discount on the Fantasmic! package

Our party consists of one adult, 2 teens (adults) and 2 kids that are 7 and 8. For very young kids I wouldn't waste 2 TS credits on them but for older kids it's worth the experience.
