Brown Derby Question

Hi all!

We are interested in the "Brown Derby Cobb Salad" but we are not a fan of bleu cheese. I was just wondering if it would be possible to ask for a substitution for the bleu cheese? Such as a different type of cheese.

Everything is made to order here, so I am 99% sure that you could get a substitution. They were extremely accomodating to my very picky eaters. It was a great meal as well!

The Cobb salad is served finely chopped, think consistency of oatmeal. You may just want to leave off the cheese rather than substituting.

I love their cobb salad, but I hate bleu cheese...I always ask for no bleu cheese and no avocado and there have never been any problems! Always perfect...we love the Brown Derby!!!

I always ask for it on the side....dh takes it and has double
We've done that many, many times.

I don't know if you can substitute, but we just order it without the cheese. The way the salad is prepared we don't miss it.
