Brown Derby, does it have a "simple" meal option?

We have a PS for Fantasmic dinner package at Brown Derby. Just found out my adult nephew will join us. He likes, steak, chicken and plain iceburg salad. Oh, oh. No frou-frou cuisine for him. Is it possible to get plain food at Brown Derby, just as on the DCL, even if not listed on the menu????? Or will I have to go through grapefruit cake withdrawal and rebook at Mama's or Diner?

Sounds exactly like the friends of ours whom we went with last trip. We've dined at the Derby with them twice, and both times they were able to find some plain and simple fare.
My friend is so "meat and potatoes" that he'll send back any meat with even a hint of a sauce or glaze, and order it to be "washed off". If he spots even a hint of a chive, onion, or spot of garlic in his mashed potatoes, he'll send those back as well.

I can't help with the plain food at Brown Derby, I can tell you that you can get grapefruit cake at Starring Rolls Bakery. It's not in the case -- you ask for it and they go next door and get it. I think it may cost less, too.
