The one thing I would consider in this trade is the following:
Sparrow hat is from the sparrow costume which is from the online game. The odds that it goes for sale is probably low. (Obviously, no one knows for sure.) Meanwhile, the brown cowboy shirts are among the very few remaining clothing items that have not been re-released. If the "risk" of re-release is on 1 side, I would say it's on the side of the brown cowboy shirt.

That said, I believe the Sparrow hat trades for more than the brown cowboy from what I have seen.
