Brooklynn takes Bella to meet Cinderella! Page 242 Downtown Disney

Better watch out MeMom, Jill will use that really big font on you again.....

I'm not skeered of her big font.
I'm the one who taught her how to write her name all those years ago - upside-down candy cane and three straight sticks.
I made it nice and simple, in case she turned out to be a slow one, ya know! ;)
If I hadn't taught her proper, she wouldn't even know how to make those big old letters today anyway!

Congrats on being in the teens!! I had to go back a few days and catch up....first of all the picture of your girls in their patriotic gear....:thumbsup2 They are so cute together!!

Loved the picture of Brooklynn and Chip and Dale...LOL to stabbing Chip with the pen LOL!!!!!

Breakfast in bed at Disney...does it get any better than that LOL

I think that 4th picture is absolutely precious! They have a couple of matching outfits for Disney World, and I can't wait to see them in them and take one or two pictures.

I am still loving those pictures. I was wondering whether or not Ariel was at breakfast the day Brooklynn was dressed in Little Mermaid stuff. I hope so. Brooklynn looks a little tortured in that popsicle picture. That was a tough decision.

She definitely looks like she's struggling inside! :rotfl:

Awww, I love that picture! I'm sure I said it before, but that's such a great idea for a countdown -- I wish I had the patience to make one like that, but instead I'm just going to use liberated Mickey heads from Home Depot, number them, and stick them on my door.

I can't believe you are in the teens already! When you leave, we will just have gotten into the 100's. :)

I very much enjoyed watching your door empty of liberated Mickey heads last time.

No big words, but she might lose her birthday present.

We are taking her to Tusker House on our first full day at Disney. Our reservation is for 8:10 and the park doesn't open until 9:00 so she can get some good pictures without people in them and then she can walk through the EE queue and take pictures first thing so there isn't a long line. She has been wanting to do the breakfast and so I thought it would be a good treat. However, I can call and cancel that reservation if I hear anymore of this 5 kids thing. I mean Bella is just 3 months old as of yesterday.

No take-backs on gifts!

I am very much looking forward to the EE queue pictures and to an empty park and to breakfast with Donald and his pals in safari gear and to sharing it with you! You're a good girl! :goodvibes

I didn't say the coins have to work on the first try. I'll give you a couple of months grace period.

What a great birthday present, Jill! I bet MeMom gets some AWESOME early morning pics!
MeMom, you better quit talking about five kids, so you can have breakfast with Donald!

I hope I do!

She's bluffing.
But just in case, I'll wait until after Tusker House morning to bring up the subject again. :)

I remember that "crazy haired Brooklyn" !!!! :rotfl:
Congrats on being in the teens!!

She has crazy hair most mornings, so there will probably be a few more that look similar on this trip.
Bella doesn't have enough hair to get crazy yet. Maybe by next year.

The excitement is building throughout the whole gang!

Just to update:

--The Wilderness Lodge surprise for Trent was a hit.
--The Tusker House birthday surprise for me was a hit.
--We are still planning the Four Parks, One Day event for the 30th.

--And in Drew news, all indications say that he is still going, only he has an alternate agenda. He and his buddy, Mitchell, and two friend girls (not girlfriends) are planning to go together, but they are making stops in Memphis and Atlanta first to see other friends. The plan as of about ten last night was that they were going to be in Orlando on the 29th, stay at a resort on I-Drive for three nights and do the $99 Universal/Islands of Adventure deal, which is going to be much more affordable for them, then come over to Pop for the last two nights and take those rooms when we move over to Wilderness Lodge. They are looking forward to all the rollercoasters and thrill stuff of Universal and all of the excitement that I-Drive has to offer. You really can't blame them for wanting a whole trip's worth of play for 99 bucks, either. I think they are going to go to Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon one day, and they'll do DTD, too. I told Drew he has to come over for my Cape May birthday meal, though, so that I can have all my kids present.

That's the latest!

Good plan! :thumbsup2

Which is how old Ethan was when I got pregnant with his little brother, Evan. Sorry Jill, I shouldn't encourage MeMom.
Oh yeah, my cousin got pregnant 6 weeks after having twins. Just saying.

:woohoo: what a great birthday surprise MeMom! Jill, you picked a great gift! Tusker House breakfast is soooo delicious! You guys will totally loveeeee it :lovestruc

Tusker House Breakfast.. an empty park.. MeMom and a camera! I cannot wait! A perfect gift Jill.

I'm sure that Trent and the younguns will enjoy themselves a lot more at Universal. Not that Disney isn't exciting, just the roller coaster thing seems more appealing.

Ah, to be young again!

Yeah, I think we're going to have a good time.

Who knows if the younger set will even make it down there. The guys are just letting the girls make the decisions, so we'll see.

I have wanted to do this for a while, and I was very surprised. It's nice to have a thoughtful daughter.

Won't it be fun? :)

That's Drew who is going to Universal. Trent is a Disney man. He is just coming around to admitting it, but he is.

Just laughing at the pic of Brooklyn and the Mickey Waffles, how cute!!!

She is still in a state of semi-slumber in that picture.

A Tusker House breakfast is such an awesome surprise -- I am so excited to see the empty park pictures that you'll be taking!

How in the world do I keep ending up so behind on your TRs!? But I am all caught up! I have thoroughly enjoyed reliving your old trips too! I can't believe how much Brooklyn has changed! You have such beautiful girls Jill! :)

The plans look really great! I'm glad to hear Drew will be joining up for the breakfast and possibly a few other fun events. I can understand the draw of the thrill rides as a teenager. Even now, I think I would enjoy them, but they can just wait until Henry is older and wanting to head into those other parks. ;)

The Tusker House breakfast, what an excellent gift! I look forward to your pictures and review!!

18 days to go! 3 weeks form today we ill have had two and a half days of Disney. This is the only morning MK is scheduled to have early Magic Hours so right now at this time we will be on the bus headed to the rope drop and Isabella's first ride on Dumbo!!!!! After conquering Fantasyland and possibly doing Toon Town (depends on our stomachs and time) we will head toward Main Street bakery to try and decide what yummyness we want the most. John will choose a cinnamon roll and chocolate milk (he always does), MeMom will get a fruit cup for he4r and Brooklynn to share and then she will stand agonizing over whether to try something new or get and old favorite. Eventually she will determine she is on vacation and choose two treats! I will try hard to decide between the chocolate crossiant and the apple turnover. After breakfast we will head out pushing against the tide of people entering the park for the day at 10:30-11:00 (Seriously people how can you sleep in when the Magic Kingdom opened so early and beckoned you from your bed "Come ride my classic rides with little to no wait!!!!") We will head back to the hotel for swimming and a nap and at some point during those two events Bubby and Jarvis will arrive and Brooklynn will be bouncing off the walls excited. (She seriously loves them to death.) After naps we will be headed to Epcot we have a 5:00 reservation at Teppan Edo.

So now you know what we will be doing 3 weeks from now. Back in October this is what we were doing.

We were headed to the Play and Dine breakfast at Hollywood Studios and Brooklynn was stylin'!

Wow is she ever stylin' :cool1:

Bella on her first ride at MK...I can't wait to see that pic.

yay for tusker house surprises!!!! can't wait to see those pictures. be sure goofy doesn't snub you guys like he did us. and if he does, say something. i did and he came back. if i'm paying $18 for breakfast, i'm getting some goofy with my scrambled eggs!!!! :lmao:

:yay:

i don't think i would sleep that late if i were to go during the crowded times like summer or spring break just because you can get so much done in that first hour after park opening. but during the slow times (which is usually when we go) i wouldn't feel like i was on vacation if i had to get up early every day. but that's just me (and ray). i wish i was an early bird but i'm just not.

so sweet that she's so crazy about them!

After naps we will be headed to Epcot we have a 5:00 reservation at Teppan Edo.

yum!!!!!!

Brooklynn looked like she was ready for some serious shopping, in that picture. She had a look of determination, she was on a mission with the purse to prove it.

I look forward to Bella's first picture on Dumbo.

It sounds like 3 weeks from today is going to be so much fun. And, Brooklynn's picture is just as cute as ever. She looks ready to go.

I think drew will have a great time at Universal just be careful on I-Drive its madness! One of my friends equates it to a lesser Vegas strip! So excited for you about my home, WL :) I wish you guys were coming in October but mom and I will be there in December. Right now we are looking at December 3-7, staying at either Pop or POFQ

That is one little lady ready to take on the World!! She looks so cool with her glasses and her little purse!!!

Tusker House sounds great. You're a super daughter Jill. :) Take lots of pictures please MeMom. (do I even have to ask?) ;) We're doing Tusker House in December so I want to hear the ins and outs.
