Brookfield Zoo - membership

Can you get the 1yr membership at the zoo with all the benefits. I am planning to go on saturday. I checked online to set up the membership, but it says you won't get all the tickets (have to wait 2-3 weeks in the mail). The only reason to get the membership is for the extra tickets for attractions.

You should get the tickets for the extra things that day. I believe the wait is for if you do it on-line.

What level are you looking to get? We always get the Family Plus one.

My DS is working there as a youth volunteer this summer. You'll see the kids working places like Snow Leopards, Big Cats, Fragile Dessert, Fragile Rain Forest, Bears, Wolves and Living Coast. Be sure to look for them, they will have something neat for you to look at each station.

Have fun! You definitely will get all your stuff if you buy it at the zoo.

It's cheaper for our family to get the membership even if we only go once. Our membership runs out at the end of the month, so I am trying to figure out when I can squeeze another trip in.

I want to go see the Dinosaurs Alive! thing.

We have the Family Plus membership. It is a screaming deal. And yes, you get all your goodies at the ticket counter if you buy at the zoo. Have fun!!! The bigger animals will probably be more active today since it is a bit cooler. We go see the big cats first thing because they are fed early and then they tend to sleep the rest of the day.

Thanks - we got our family plus membership with all the extra things. We spent the whole day there and it was great. Not too warm, not too cold. I think we seen all the animals, even the big ones. Also seen the dino's, my boys liked that. Me I could have taken a pass, I don't think worth the extra money.

We are already planning to go in the fall and at christmas time, we will take advantage of our membership.

We've gotten a membership for each of the past 4 years and it's great. Best part is that we find that 1/2 the time we go it's only for a 1/2 day, since we can always come back without having to pay for another round of admission.

Love all the extra passes as we usually have enough to make a few trips with my brothers/sisters families.
