Broker for resale purchase

If I see a contract with a firm, but I would like to not work with that firm, can I work with the TSS to get that said contract? If so, are there additional fees for that? Or, can you only deal with the firm that is offering the contract?

Most timeshare brokers do not have "exclusive" listings, so basically most of them work like a regular real estate agency with a Multiple Listing Service.

I would suggest that you contact your broker of choice, and see if they can help with the listing.

I have been told by TTS that they only deal with their own listings and will not co-broker. Most of the other resale firms will though.
