We are AP holders, and one of the snaps on my son's magic band has broken off. He can still snap it on with the one snap, but it is not very secure and un-snaps itself.
I have searched the internet but have not seen an answer to this one.
Will Disney replace the band free of charge, or will we need to buy a new one?
