broken leg questions (evc?) + epi pen questions

1. does the ECV fit on the ferry boat that goes from MK to FW for the hoop-dee-do show?

2. i think i read that the evc is allowed on the monorail...right?

3. Will i have airport issues with my DD's epi pens???? do i need written dr's note for them and the benedryl

4. Mom broke her shin. Week 8 boot is coming off--a few days later it is our trip. She thinks she can manage it (just going with me and my two 4 yr old twins). I think she needs a EVC and shoudl rent from walkers bc of most flexibility with it's use.

5. do you think she won't need it at all? i know this is hartd for you to answer-but i have zero experience with broken limbs. Are they ok once boot/cast comes off? if she can wear the boot for support, do you think she can walk with it on in the parks? how hard would that be? we are going 1st week october.

I've broken bones in my feet twice, and there's no way I could have done a full day of walking at WDW eght weeks afterwards.

As far as the Epipen, I don't have a doctors note, in fact I've never even decalred mine. I got an extra label from the pharmacy and put it directly on the plastic inner tube and don't even carry the box.
