Well, here is the recipe for the Sweet Potato Muffins from the Historic Christiana Campbell's Tavern at Colonial Williamsburg.
We had our waitress bring us another basket of these... They were to die for! I have made them myself, and they came out almost as good as the ones we had there.
This recipe is perfect for mini-muffins! Great served hot with real butter. A real heavy-duty old fashioned baking pan would probably be best.
