OT- Speaking of... interesting live musical choices- Edward Scissorhands is a musical in Europe.

Yes but it has such an incredibly charm to it's insanity. I mean singing about cooking people while LOLing and smiling is hard to do.
I love Sweeney Todd- play version and Burton movie but I accept them as two completely different things.

Edward Scissorhands is awesome, but it's a little strange for me to see the way they've adapted it.

I wouldn't have even known it was Disney unless someone told me.
It's completely different than you'd think of a disney movie.
But it's now one of my favorite movies.
It was made in 1993, I wish they'd make more movies like that.

It's about a group of kids in New York that sale papers for money during the Great Depression and they raise the price of papers so the "newsies" go on strike.
It is amazing.
