We have been with orange for years since wannadoo ,freeserve so quite a long time!
anyway, for the past few months the internet connection with orange has been dire, i get disconnected up to 8 times a day :eek:so i have phoned them and told them i'm leaving and now they have sent me my MAC code.
I was thinking of signing up with BT instead
anyone else with BT? if so any probs with them??
Thanks!

is option 1 with 8GB a month enough for usage from 2 laptops and a pc, see i have no idea:confused3:rotfl:

We've been with BT broadband for around 2 years now. we've had a couple of problems, one with software and when we informed them they phoned back straight away and fixed it. Then then the broadband stopped and they worked at it solidly, phoning us to give us updates frequently and tests to do. Itended up there was an exchange problem. The customer service was excellent.
We could have changed to something a bit cheaper but DH thinks they are the best. And the fact they gave him a new black shiny hub when he decided to renew helped too :thumbsup2 and possibly a loyality discount......

well with bt there are 3 different options. :eek:so i need to read up on them all and see which suits us... which may take some time deciding...:rotfl:

I'm with BT and the connection is great, although they aren't the cheapest around. When my contract is up I will be looking at Sky as I've heard they are very good. I must admit the only problem I have had with BT was the wireless to my PC as you have to get a netgear USB adaptor. Since then connection is fine.
