British F1 GP moving

For those interested in F1, it was announced yesterday that the British GP will move from Silverstone to Donington in 2010.

I've always preferred Donington anyway. Silverstone's horrible and so difficult to get in and out of.

About time, shame it isn't coming back to Brands. Silverstone has had some many chances over the years to improve etc & they were slow to do so.

DS has informed me I will be able to take him now as its just up the road from us! His friend has been taken down to Silverstone this weekend and said the tickets were £160!!!! Better start saving or send him out to work when he leaves school next year in stead of staying on in the 6th form or maybe I could bribe him that if he works hard in the 6th form I'll pay (I think the 2nd option will work best!!!)

Just a tip- DH has gone every year since 1989, and the earlier you get your ticket the cheaper it is, DH paid about £120 for his

I've just paid £109 for a general admission ticket for next years Silverstone, they're on internet sale at the moment with a 20% discount. I'm not sure for how long though

Just looking for a campsite now...
