I've been searching the forums for up to date info on flying with Britannia and to be honest I've read more bad comments (especially re legroom!) than good. Does anyone else have any experiences that were not already covered on a previous thread by Bozzly?

(Bozzly if you are reading this I understand you are flying with them soon- will you give us your thoughts please when you get back? thanks)

We are travelling with Britannia next month and I must admit to being slightly concerned by some of the comments especially as DH is 6'3", but on looking at Britannia website it would cost another £300+ to upgrade and I am not sure it is worth it.

our first flight to orlando was with britannia and my husband who is six foot was very crampped.

We flew with them last year,we found them to be ok for service ect but i think if you are tall you might find it a bit cramped.

If you can possibly afford it, upgrade. Their aircraft are terribly cramped.

No problem Lyndsey,I am going on 7th April and will be back on 22nd so look out after that and I will tell you what I think of Britannia.

When are you flying Lyndsey ?

Thanks for the replies- neither of us are particularly tall so hopefully we will be ok!

Bozzly- we are flying 28th April. Booked with TCD but couldn't fly with them (they had 3 seats available- we only wanted 2 but they're not allowed to leave just one seat to sell on it's own- frustrating as we really wanted to try them, but it's company policy so what can you do...) - so we're flying with Britannia by default really. I'll look out for your comments sometime after the 22nd- have a great time!

Lindsey...We have done the same as you, booked with TCD but no places available so they put us with Thompson and Britannia.

i would be interested if any one has flown premium with brittania and their impressions :earsgirl: :earseek:
