I have been trying to post this for days!!

We used to pack lunches/snacks/drinks in soft sided coolers and bring them into the parks. With the added security checks, do they still allow this?

Thanks,
Val

I think you can still bring food in but I would use a small cooling bag! They are checking bags!

I brought in food (in soft sided, but big cooler) as recently as Nov 2004. I have always stayed offsite and brought in lunch and snacks. It has been obvious to the bag checkers that we're bringing it in and not a word from them. They just make sure we don't have weapons or anything and wave us through.

My guess is you can still do it today.

Good Luck!

yes food is allowed just be careful of spoiling. I bring snacks and water all the time and have seen others eating sandwhiches and chips.

No glass. No alcoholic beverages. No wheels on the cooler.

Hi we were just there Aug 1-11th and we did see coolers with wheels!! :rotfl:

During my trip in August I saw a few of the coolers on wheels, I was really surprised that they were allowed in.
