hay ya maybe ill order those 8oz bottles of pepsi hehe ty for the idea
I would love some clarification on cans, bringing a couple sodas would be great!
I use the ziploc when I have a purchased soda too-I hate to get rid of a soda just because I'm going on a ride.
Hi there! I tried PMing you, but it wouldn't let me until I have 10 posts. Do you have any recommendations of food/places to eat at Disneyland? I have a reservation for Goofy's dinner and hope there will be something I can eat at the buffet. I know I'm going to want something sweet when I'm there.
Thanks!
I'll try sending you a PM tomorrow.....It looks like you might have enough posts by then. I have eaten at Goofy's for brunch, but had to avoid all the sweets
But, I do have some other ideas of things that I've done to survive the dietary restrictions.
It was challenging but it sure was better than feeling "icky" at Disneyland!Hi ! After I posted, I realized that you might not have enough posts to send PM's so I'm glad that you posted on here again.I'll try sending you a PM tomorrow.....It looks like you might have enough posts by then. How do you all bring in your food/drinks? Do you lug it around all day? Do the rides have cubbies to store stuff while riding?
I don't know. I want to bring in some drinks/snacks, but logistically I'm not sure how to do it. When the kids were little, we had a stroller, and it was easy to stuff a cooler into the basket. But they are 6 and 8 now, so no need for a stroller. If you can't bring a rolling cooler, then what? We sure don't want to carry around a small softsided cooler all day.
I tell them I don't have a baby, just a stroller.
) Of course, if everyone did this, then the lockers may not be available when you want one. Just a thought.
The last few years we've brought our stroller even though DD really didn't need it-I did! Since it's usually just DD, DM, and myself, I don't have strong man to help carry things.
And usually my DM will lighten her purse, which leaves me to carry everything else (camera, video camera, personal items, water bottles, snacks, mister fans, ponchos, cool cloths, bathing suit for DD, etc.) Yikes
, even thinking of it now makes my back hurt!
Oh, and I'm not a back pack kind of girl-never used them in school (we actually had lockers) and hate the idea of carrying a big, heavy, hot bag on my back during the heat, and humidity, of September. We brought in tons of food and snacks everyday (granola bars, sandwiches, lots of water), and security never said a thing.

he!he!
