We also booked our air through Disney. I was hoping to get into Barcelona a little earlier than what our flight has us. We will be flying Air France from Los Angeles on the 17th and arriving in Paris at 11:00am on the 18th then catching a flight from Paris to BCN, leaving at 1:05pm arriving BCN at 3:00pm. Does anyone know if the two hour lay over is enough time to go through customs and immigration in Paris and get to the gate of our connecting flight? Our connecting flight looks like it's in the terminal next to the one we fly into. I just didn't know how long it will take to go through customs, and I would hate to miss that flight and arrive even later to board the ship.

Don't even get me started on the Paris airport! Last year I did a Mediterranean cruise and I missed the ship because of the people at the Paris airport. Make sure you tell people that you have a connecting flight and DO NOT go through any exits no matter what they tell you!!! DO NOT ask where your gate is or else they will send you out of the appropriate area and you will have to go through customs, check yourself in for your flight, and go through security. We had an hour and a half and still didn't make it because we didn't know where to go and everyone we asked told us the wrong information. When I asked someone where to go to get to my flight, they directed us to a bus that takes you to the terminal where the next flight was, but if you have a connecting flight you're not supposed to leave the area where you get off your plane. Supposedly there's some way to get to the other terminals or something without leaving that secure area. Apparently there was also someone around where you get off your arriving plane that was supposed to help people with connecting flights. He didn't make himself known and when people came to speak to him, they only spoke in French, so I didn't know what was going on. Don't get me wrong, I don't blame them for speaking French, I was in their country and that is their language, but it seems very few people know what's going on in that airport. Because we were told to get on the bus, it was like we had just arrived to the airport when we got to the terminal. We then had to go through customs, and then we were supposed to have to check ourselves in for the second flight to get our boarding passes, which we didn't know. Even though we showed what we had to an employee, they told us to go straight to security. At security, it doesn't matter if you're going to miss your flight, they still make you wait in line. We didn't find out that we didn't have boarding passes until we were at the front of the line. By the time we got to the place to check in, it was too late. Then they kept sending us back and forth between two really far terminals to try to get on the next flight. By the time we figured out where we were really supposed to go, they told us we might still be able to get on the next flight, which was the last flight that would've gotten us there in time to make the ship, if we hurried, but our luggage definitely wouldn't make it. We quickly called the cruiseline (Carnival, not Disney) to ask if they could do anything if our luggage got there after the ship left, and by the time we got back to try to get on the flight, it was too late for that flight as well.
Even on the return flight, we made sure to tell the people there that we had a connecting flight and we needed to go wherever it is they send people for connecting flights so we don't leave that secure area, and they STILL sent us to the wrong place. So again we had to go back on the bus, to the next terminal, check ourselves in, through security and to our gate. Luckily we knew what we had to do this time, the bus came quickly and the lines for check in and security were not very long, otherwise we wouldn't have made it to our connecting flight again. I still don't know exactly where you're supposed to go, but if you end up leaving that secure area (I don't know what it's called), you might not make your connecting flight depending on how long all the lines and wait for the bus are.
