I can’t find clear guidelines to bringing food into the universal, could anyone clarify? We typically like to bring our own sandwiches and drinks ( non alcoholic) and in Disney we just sat in any quick service area.
We have not been to universal yet. Thanks!

When doing Early Entry at Studios I'd always take in a bottle of Pepsi/Coke to keep me going until I could find somewhere open to activate my freestyle cup, it always seemed there wasnt anywhere to do that until official park opening unless there was a counter/stand whatever that I missed every time!

Actually, if anyone does know where to get your cup activated during EE please let me know, would be most grateful!

But yes taking in small snacks, a sandwich, a packet of crisps/chips etc is fine as I also did that on various days with no bother at all.

You can take in as much food and drinks as you want. No alcohol and no glass. You can take in reusable bottles with drinks already in them. Just keep in mind the tiny free locker situation.
