We are trying to save mad money on this trip in july and are planning on packing lunches and bringing drinks.. We plan on putting everything in a little soft sided cooler that we can carry over our shoulder. Just want to make sure we wont have a problem doin this while there. We plan having a umbrella stroller so when we are on rides we can place the the soft sided cooler in it.Hoping Disney doesnt have any issues with this.

As long as you don't have bottled soft drinks, I think you will be fine.

Hey there! We bring a backpack cooler with us everyday to the parks. we fill it with water bottles, yogurt, snacks, and fruit. We have never had a problem!!! Happy trip planning!

We had a soft-sided cooler and had water and bottles of soft drinks every day on our trip last week and no one said a word to us.

Don't forget about the lockers at each park!! We bring lunches as well to save money and time... but we find that the locker deal is the best for us so we don't have to drag the food around.

Do they have to be unopened bottles of water? I know some places let you bring drinks in but they have to be sealed or unopened...

I am a soda drinker. I buy the 24 oz bottles of Dr. Pepper when we get there and put them in the fridge. After my shower in the morning, as we get into the car to head to the parks, I open my first soda of the day. I have never been asked to throw out my opened soda bottle when we go through security. I'm not saying it couldn't happen in the future, but I have never been stopped for bringing an opened beverage into the parks. Also, our insulated backpack usually includes one or two plastic bottles of soda as well as several bottles of water and we have never had any problems.

Hope this helps!
