I am wondering how strict WDW parks are about bringing in drinks or snacks. I assume the park policy is no outside food or drink but I have heard from several people I work with that they brought in both food and drinks and the WDW people never said a word about it when they saw it in their bags. Has anyone brought in food or drinks and not had a problem? I'd like to bring some snacks for my daughter.

Disney relies on the integrity of its guests to comply with their no outside food policy. There is practically no active enforcement. They'll only confiscate items that represent a hazard, like drinks in glass containers.

We brought in water bottles and grapes and didn't have any problem getting past the baggage check in. Like bicker said, they only want the hazardous stuff to stay outside.

Have fun! :sunny:

If you come from like, a Taco Bell cup or something, they're most likely not going to ask you to dump it.

Coolers are obviously a no-go but they're not going to take your snacks from you that're in your bag.

Actually, they do allow small soft-sided coolers (the size that fits a half dozen cans of soda) to be brought in -- what isn't allowed are either large coolers (that need to be carried by two people) or any hard-sided coolers.
