bringing disney pins on airplane?

I'm not sure what board to put this on, but we have about 50 pins to trade at WDW this year. We are traveling from Philadelphia to Orlando by way of an airplane. Can we still bring these on in our carry on bags or do we need to put these in our checked suitcases? I do not want to worry that someone will take them. Any suggestions would help.

I took all my pins with me last October... I'm sure it's fine.

We fly every year from PHL to MCO and take our trading pins with us in our carry-on. No problem - although its pretty heavy.

The only recent changes to carry-on regulations has to do with liquids and gels.

You can carry-on things like knitting needles, so Disney pins are no problem whatsoever.
