I will be at Disney in a few weeks meeting up with a friends for a class reunion at Epcot for the Food and Wine Festival. I was put in charge of creating custom tee shirts for the 16 of us and we will be meeting up in the park. My question is, will I have any problem bringing the shirts into the park? I'll probably have a backpack that I will carry the shirts in.

Thanks for any advice.

No, you won't have any problem. I've noticed that seems to be a growing trend. Matching t-shirts. I've seen families, and other groups that could be friends, coworkers, etc... You'll be fine, as long as the shirts aren't "inappropriate".

Thanks for the quick response! No, nothing inappropriate at all, just something that identifies us as a group and with our school with a little Disney flair. Thanks again!

When I was at Disneyland this summer, we saw quite a few groups wearing matching custom shirts. My family included.

Maybe I'm wrong, but the question isn't "are matching shirts allowed." The question was "can I bring in 16 shirts in a backpack." I believe the answer is still no, but it may take a quick explanation to security. I don't see why it would be a problem though.

Yes, that was more my question. I'd rather meet up with everyone inside the park then trying to arrange meeting before entering with everyone coming from all over the country and staying in different resorts, etc.

Thanks again for everyone's input!

There's no reason whatsoever that security would stop you from bringing in a great load of t-shirts in a backpack.

If anything, they'll just be glad you haven't brought a 70-quart rolling cooler, a duffel bag with a Thanksgiving dinner in it, four backpacks, a diaper bag, and a professional camera case to bag check.

We may or may not be guilty of one or more of those items on your list (no camera though). :rolleyes1 In my defense, I will say we try very hard to organize it so that it's super easy for security to go through quickly.
